Shipping costs for addresses outside Germany, yet within the EU, are 8.00 EUR, for all other countries 17.00 EUR.

Returns policy

We take pride in our high level of customer satisfaction and our service reputation.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, return the item/s in their original condition within one month. We will be happy to exchange or issue a refund at our discretion.

As an added service, shipping will NOT be charged (applies to Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Netherlands only).
